Martini Glass

  • 2 oz Whiskey Town Bourbon

  • 1/2 oz Vya Sweet vermouth

  • 1/2 oz St. George Bruto Americano

  • 1-2 dashes Fee Bros. Aromatic Bitters Flamed orange twist for garnish

Directions

  1. Chill glass, and prep orange garnish by cutting a large coin-sized piece of orange skin from the fruit.

  2. Measure and pour Whiskey Town, Vya, Bruto, and bitters into mixing glass.

  3. Add ice, stir 50-70 times & strain into chilled glass.

  4. Garnish with flamed twist. Don't fear the flame...practice it until you can pull it off. Flame goes in submissive hand, crosses the midline to the other side of the glass, and the dominant hand holds the half-dollar coin sized zest and squeezes (taco I through the flame to the top of the drink. Then rim the glass, curve the twist artfully, and slip it into the drink with the zest side up (capsized canoe).
